What is this job about?

In this role as Sales Agent for the Transportation and Logistics industry, your main goal is to ensure growth along the European territory by acquiring new customers and managing relationships with existing clients.

On a daily basis, you will be responsible for finding companies that need to distribute products as well as companies that offer trucks to transport the products.

Your challenges

  • Contract, negotiate and coordinate transportation services
  • Find new clients and suppliers in Europe to onboard
  • Actively search for trucks and products to transport across Europe
  • Monitor and control transportation services making sure everything is on compliance with national and international regulations
  • Manage relationships with active clients ensuring great customer satisfaction

What do you need to apply?

  • Language skills: proficient level in English and either German, Dutch or French (C2)
  • Min 2-3 years of experience in transportation companies working at international level (specifically in agencies that don’t have their own trucks)
  • Experience in handling these freight exchanges and working with them: Wtransnet-Teleroute, Timocom and/or b2pweb
  • Experience doing prospection B2B
  • Outstanding negotiating skills

Important: For this position, you will be working in Malaga, Spain. You will need to be in possession of an EU VISA for this position.
