What is this job about?
As Customer Service Representative for German-speaking clients, you will be the first point of contact for customers and therefore fully responsible for delivering a great customer experience.
- Manage calls and claims efficiently
- Optimize the duration of the calls
- Regulate the flow of the calls by processing them in an efficient manner
- Proactively gather customer feedback to develop and improve the company’s service
- Report to the site Manager on any relevant feedback from customers

What do you need to apply?
- Language skills: bilingual in German and advanced level of English
