What is this job about?

In this role as Junior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will support the growth of the company by managing the full recruitment cycle for the German team.

Your challenges

  • Carry out the recruitment processes of different fashion profiles for the countries in which we operate. This includes publication of the offers, curriculum screening, conducting interviews and technical tests
  • Define and implement creative recruiting strategies to ensure all positions are filled promptly and within budget
  • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Work closely with the country managers of the company, creating employee branding strategies and transversal projects with a strategic impact on the company
  • Support the labor administrative tasks of the offices abroad, such as payroll reviewing, settlement of the new employees, contract signature, contract endings, administrative issues, etc.
  • Participate in various projects of the HRBP/Experience department in collaboration with other team members, such as: performance & talent review, employee relations, engagement...

What do you need to apply?

  • Language skills: good level in German and Spanish (minimum B2) is the preferred combination of languages for this position. However, if you speak German and English, you are also welcome to apply!
  • No specific experience is required for this position, but if you have worked in 360 recruitment in-house (ideally within a Start-up) that will be highly valued!
