Job Description

As Showroom Manager, you are responsible for the overall management of the company's showroom in Paris.

You spend your days in the showroom in the center of Paris helping your team to deal with clients. Your position is not a commercial one! Your main focus is on management.

Your Challenges in Detail

  • Supervising and following-up on construction projects
    • Being in contact with architects
    • Check constructional plans to have a great overview
  • Managing your team by accompanying it in its dealings with private and professional clients
  • Being the main point of contact for the showroom between your team and the head office

Your Profile

To succeed in this position, you need an ambitious and proactive personality. Like a chameleon, you know how to adapt to different situations and types of customers.

  • Language skills: highly proficient French & English (C1-C2)
  • 3 years of experience as on site shop manager
  • Experience in either of these sectors: decoration, interiors, architecture, ceramic
  • Experience as a manager overseeing the financial plan, commercial strategy, etc.
  • Experience managing a commercial team in a shop
  • Great capacity to resolve unforeseen events
  • Medium/advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Good understanding of architectural plans (reading and developing)
  • Great knowledge of building materials (ceramics, granite, porcelain, plasterboard walls, etc.)
  • Other architecture related knowledge like electricity, plumbing, etc.

The more knowledge you have, the better :).
