What is this job about?

As a Business Development Representative you take over the leads generated by the SDR and convince them to sign a partnership contract with you!

On a daily basis, you are in contact with potential partners in the DACH region that already play in the field of high-tech afterlife products.

You have 2 main tasks

  1. Building an operational strategy to approach potential partners
  2. Approaching, negotiating and converting new leads

As you know – or can imagine – the job of a BDR mainly consists of cold calling and mailing (80%)! That means, you must be very persistent and comfortable on the phone.

But always remember: your job is key for the company’s success! No new partners, no growth!

  • Language skills: native level in German & proficiency in English
  • 2 years of sales experience in a tech or e-commerce environment
