What is this job about?

In this role as Sales Manager, you will be responsible for increasing the company’s revenue in the DACH market by defining and implementing strategies to grow the portfolio of clients, and managing a team of two business developers.

Your challenges

  • Drive the DACH sales strategy selling the organisation’s training products, whether fully online, blended or face-to-face
  • Explore new revenue streams within the DACH region
  • Generate new deals via the company’s lead generation engines and your network
  • Achieve and exceed individual and teams’ monthly targets of revenue
  • Maintain regular contact with clients and build strong relationships with them
  • Work autonomously to generate appointments and activities that lead to new business opportunities
  • Accurately record all relevant information in the CRM
  • Deliver sales reports in a timely and accurate manner
  • Lead your team to succeed on their goals, helping them to develop great sales skills

What do you need to apply?

  • Language skills: proficient level in German and advanced level in English
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a direct sales role (ideally within the SaaS, training, or e-learning industry)
  • Proven track record in high velocity B2B sales (preferably in digital/virtual business areas, software business (SaaS) or comparable)
  • Knowledge of German market
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • You are willing to travel occasionally within Europe
