Who will you be working for?
Our partner is a webmarketing agency specialised in push notifications.
Their core mission: to (re)-connect advertiser with their audience without the middleman.
What is this job about?
Your role as Sales Executive & Growth Manager is at the same time strategic and operational. Your main goal will be to grow the company's brand on the German market.
On a daily basis, you are developing new action plans to contact leads and develop the company's client portfolio.
The clients you will be working with are mainly e-merchants and owners of media websites ("Publishers").
- Create and expand the client data base and optimise marketing automation scenarios
- Manage PRM activation scenarios (email, SMS, push app, call centre) and referral mechanisms
- Prioritise these activations according to their business potential and complexity
- Set up these mechanisms in collaboration with the Tech, Data and Operations teams
- Evaluate the performance of the actions you take
- Prospect and identify potential clients/opportunities
- Implement a prospecting plan, elaborate commercial offers, negotiate and sign new contracts
The best thing: you will be working hand in hand with the co-founders and get important insights from the very beginning.

What do you need to apply?
- Language skills: native level in German and proficiency in English
- 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales
- Experience prospecting companys in the field of digital advertising
- Experience in telemarketing with publishers
- Background in affiliate management/growth hacking or a similar position
- Knowledge of AdTech/MarchTech
- You thrive in a startup environment
- Great knowledge of marketing automation, nurturing and inbound marketing
- Energetic & agile
- Hands-on – you try everything!
- Fast learner & dynamic
- Autonomous & proactive
- Bilingual level in French
