Who will you be working for?

Our partner is a growing company in the Catering and hospitality industry. They are specialized in holiday rental of high standing properties. They offer exclusive and personalized services to ensure a high quality rental experience for customers and property owners.

What is this job about?

In this position as a Reservations Agent, your goal is ensure the satisfaction of the clients. On a daily basis, you will take care of the client's inquiries through booking management as well as customer service activities.

Your challenges

Reservations Management:

  • Take care of inquiries by phone and email (requests, bookings, daily customer inquiries)
  • Conduct administrative management of the reservations trough VRMS ( Vendor Relationship Management System) and Professional Channel Manager
  • Manage possible clients’ incidents during their stay

Home Service:

  • Prepare and revise the houses before the clients’ arrival
  • Add a personalized touch with some details for the clients
  • Review the inventory
  • Pay attention to the villas’ owners inquiries

What do you need to apply?

  • Language skills: an advanced level in French and English (C2)
  • A driving license
  • Outstanding time management skills
  • Ability to handle a high volume of bookings
  • Ability to learn fast
