About the Team

Next Station was founded in 2018 by Blanca Montero, Nicolas Paulus, and Denis Fayolle, a group of serial entrepreneurs that believed that we could simplify the recruitment process for those people aiming for an international career.

About the Job

We are looking for the first Head of Candidate Operations to oversee the daily activities of the Candidate Team, which is the team of recruiters that screen, interview and support candidates during the interview process at Next Station.

Your mission: Organize your team and lead them to top performance!

What You Will Do

  • Lead our Candidate team, a team of 7 recruiters (10 before the end of the year)
  • Define the organization of your team
  • Design and implement efficient processes to ensure the best quality of service for our candidates and to optimize costs
  • Review workload and manpower to ensure targets are met and work is equally distributed
  • Implement and analyse KPIs to optimize processes and to increase the quality of our service
  • Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the department
  • Recruit new team members according to our business needs
  • Manage all teammates to achieve productivity and engagement
  • Work closely with other team leaders to improve internal communication and collaboration

About You

This position is based in Paris, France. This means that you must be open to relocating.

What You Bring

  • You have a native level in English.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in leading an Operations Team
  • You have a first experience in management consulting, banking or a role with a strong component of analysis, processes and organization
  • You have managed and recruited a team of at least 10 people
  • You have experience in following establishing and understanding KPIs
  • You have strong analytical skills and a strong sense of organisation – Attention to detail is key!
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • You are highly empathetic
  • You know how to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • You work process oriented and self motivated
