What is this job about?

As an Implementation Manager, you will focus on the performance in the Operations team. On a daily basis, you will drive growth and standardization within European markets.


Your challenges

  • Manage operations activities daily and weekly (deliveries, key metrics, reviews and management)
  • Find appropriate performance metrics and ensure their consistent measurement and accountability
  • Prepare reports and drive operational improvements and alignment on objectives based on the key metrics
  • Provide in-depth understanding of the current processes
  • Drive process improvements and standardization through data insights
  • Coordinate implementation across the different markets in Europe
  • Enhance systems, processes and operational units to resolve B2B partner issues by providing value-added recommendations and continuous process improvements
  • Work cross-functionally across different teams for a better alignment and adoption of new processes
  • Manage and handle communication within operational teams to ensure organization learning and alignment

What do you need to come & join?

  • Language skills: Advanced level in English (C1+)
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge or experience in the following subjects:
    1. Retail and Operations
    2. KPIs, Metrics and how to achieve them
    3. Program or project management
    4. Demonstrated experience in coaching for results
  • MS Office
  • Great problem-solving and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional environment with various organizational units and stakeholders
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and find pragmatic and scalable solutions
