Who will you be working for?

What is this job about?

In this role as Customer Success Manager, your goal is to maximise sales and drive account growth within the German market.

On a daily basis, you will be responsible for managing your client portfolio and communicating effectively with clients. You must deliver top quality customer service, and also look to upsell the company’s products and services.

Your challenges

  • Manage and improve customer relationships, through customer support and effective communication
  • Manage customer inquiries by phone, e-mail, live chat and face-to-face meetings
  • Provide strategic and consultative advice to help solve technical issues
  • Prioritise and deliver a high level of customer service to the company’s clients and partners
  • Play a key role in the recurring revenue of current and future customers
  • Collaborate with Specialists, Engineers and Product team members on new feature development
  • Join a young, innovative team who are dedicated to driving growth!

What do you need to apply?

  • Language skills: bilingual in German and advanced English
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management in the renewable energy, automobile OR SaaS sector
  • B2B experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer queries
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Ability to manage customer inquiries via multiple communication channels
  • Ability to upsell
