What is this job about?

In this role as a Customer Success Manager, your goal is to grow and retain the partner's sales within the platform for the French market.

On a daily basis, you are in charge of the clients’ portfolio, in collaboration with the Customer Success Director as well as the Customer Success team .


Your challenges

  • Improve the Customer Experience by analyzing insights available
  • Onboard and train clients on the tools used by the Customer Success Team
  • Manage customer inquiries (requests,problems and complaints)
  • Preserve a good relationship with the customers
  • Identify new needs from the clients through network
  • Define potential business growth opportunities
  • Reduce customer churn
  • Take part in events and forums activities

What do you need to apply?

  • Language skills: advanced level in English and French (C1+)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience (internship or apprenticeship included) for an FMCG manufacturer
  • Great analytical skills (Excel)
  • Good negotiation and networking skills
  • Great C-level communication
