What is this job about?

As Customer Care Specialist for Dutch-speaking clients, you will be responsible for supporting clients and handling internal communications and administrative processes.

On a daily basis, you will be the first point of contact for customers and therefore fully responsible for delivering a great customer experience.

Your Challenges

  • Solve problems, claims and complaints promptly
  • Support clients and accounts representatives in the use of the company’s portal
  • Build trust with the clients by providing solutions and updates
  • Ensure a smoothly user experience on the company’s portal
  • Track communications and issues on the company’s system
  • Proactively gather customer feedback to develop and improve
  • Achieve customer satisfaction and productivity weekly goals
  • Participate in team meetings to stay up to date on relevant information
  • Support in the data migration to a new SAP system as part of a company-wide effort

What do you need to apply?

  • Language skills: proficient in Dutch and English
  • Previous experience working in customer Service/Support (if you don’t have experience but you have an educational background in Medicine, Dentistry or related fields, you’re also invited to apply!)
  • Computer skills including PC/Mac and Microsoft Office essentials
  • Numerical and reasoning abilities
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls, chats, and emails
  • You feel comfortable working in an office environment

Important: For this position, you will be working in Alcobendas (near Madrid), Spain. You will need to be in possession of an EU VISA.
