What is this job about?

​ As a Customer Service Representative for French and German-speaking clients, you will work on behalf of a major partner of the company ​ On a daily basis, you will be the first point of contact for customers and therefore fully responsible for delivering a great customer experience for the Swiss Market.


Your Challenges

  • Accompany customers regarding the range of products and services
  • Solve problems, claims and take care of complaints promptly
  • Ensure great communication with customers through various channels (téléphone,email,fax,...)
  • Proactively gather feedback about the company's service in order to propose solutions to optimize it
  • Ensure a continuous and efficient workflow process
  • Build a trustworthy point of contact for your clients
  • Contribute to the development of projects (internal and interdepartmental)

Who is this job made for?

​ This position is ideal for a junior Customer Service Representative with strong interest in Customer Services and Advertising


What do you need to apply? 🤔

  • Language skills: an advanced level in French and German (C1+)
  • First experience with Customer Service
  • Good knowledge of processing invoices and complaint enquiries
  • Basic computer skills (email)
  • You are not afraid of picking up the phone and written communication
