Who will you be working for?

What is this job about?

As Community and Content Manager, your goal is to grow and maintain all digital content and social networks.

On a daily basis, you will strive to build the online community and optimize all online digital campaigns.

Your Challenges

  • Manage and grow the online community by increasing connections on social media networks
  • Create, develop and optimise digital content and brand campaigns
  • Monitor the success of your campaigns and analyse data
  • Become an advocate for the company within social networks, engaging in dialogues and answering questions online
  • Create detailed reports on all your actions and results
  • Coordinate your work with external production agencies

What do you need to apply?

  • Language skills: bilingual in Spanish, and an advanced level (C1+) in French and English
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Community Manager or in Online Customer Service (in France or Spain)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with Instagram and Facebook
  • Deep knowledge of the Spanish market
  • Knowledge of Paid Social Campaigns
  • Knowledge of marketing tools
  • Ability to create content
  • Ability to collaborate with creative agencies
  • Ability to organise an editorial calendar
  • Ability to generate stories and identify key influencers
