What is this job about?
In this role as Senior Client Development Manager, your goal is to leverage sales within your portfolio of international clients.
On a daily basis, you are in contact with your clients, advising them about their options with the company. To grow your accounts, you will be implementing initiatives on the operational as well as strategic side.
- Act as the mediator between the company and existing clients
- Set up, monitor and optimize the performance of your affiliate programs
- Keep great relationships with your affiliates
- Acquire new partners
- Proactively recommend new traffic acquisition levers (display, retargeting, comparators, emailing...)
- Implement an affiliate network animation strategy
- Liaise with other teams to communicate client expectations
- Participate in the optimization of the company's processes
- Create reports and analysis for your team and your clients

What do you need to apply?
- Language skills: bilingual level in French and English
- Solid experience in affiliate marketing
- Experience in Traffic Acquisition and Performance marketing
- Knowledge of Account Management
- Strong understanding of the affiliate and digital environment
- Great ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels within and outside the organisation
- Top skill to hold presentations
- Experience working in a team
- You know how to prioritize your tasks and you like taking the initiative
- Autonomous but team player
- Organized and analytical
- Listener and communicator
If on top of this all, you have experience working in an agency or as an advertiser and you speak another European language fluently you are the perfect candidate.
