Who will you be working for?

Our partner is a French e-commerce specialised in household electrical goods. On their website, they provide various services to hep people repair their household equipment.

Their core mission: encourage consumers to repair household equipment by themselves.

What is this job about?

In this role as Business Development Manager, your goal is to increase sales within the Italian market.

On a daily basis, you identify new business opportunities and enhance the company's relationship with current partners.

Your challenges

  • Define and execute the company's development and growth strategy
    • Conduct market and competitor analysis
    • Define ecommerce objectives
    • Find new business opportunities/brand partners
  • Develop and execute the growth and acquisition strategy (SEO, SEA, RTG, etc.)
  • Develop the communication strategy
  • Define the product catalog and pricing policy
  • Work with developers during the development / optimization of the website
    • Overseeing translations of the catalog and content pages
    • Test and validate website functionalities
  • Manage and optimize the local budget (P&L)
  • Drive new ideas and engage in the further development of the company

Overall, you have a 360° approach and are comfortable with micro & macro activities!

What do you need to apply?

  • Language skills: bilingual level in Italian and proficiency in English OR French
  • Min. 5 years of experience in B2C ecommerce
  • You have great interest in the digital world and feel comfortable with e-buying
  • Great knowledge of digital tools like: Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Search Console, Word Press, and Prestashop
  • Excellent ability to negotiate and convince
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • You have a driving licence and your own car!
