What is this job about?

In this role as Business Development Representative, you will be part of the launching of a new city: Barcelona! Your goal will be to increase sales within this market.

On a daily basis, you will identify new sales opportunities in the Real Estate sector and enhance the company's relationship with current clients. You are in charge of finding the best apartments in selected neighborhoods of Barcelona and increasing the portfolio of clients.

Your challenges

  • Conduct market research and source qualified properties
  • Establish B2B relationships with real estate developers and real estate funds to secure bulk deals
  • Become an expert on the company's service
  • Negotiate with landlords and real estate partners, and close deals
  • Organize face-to-face meetings with clients and real estate agents
  • Contact clients through various channels
  • Manage your pipeline of clients through cold calling, email campaigns and networking
  • Contribute to the marketing efforts to expand the brand
  • Act as the face of the company being the first point of contact

What do you need to apply?

  • Language skills: advanced level in Spanish and English (if you also speak Catalan, you’re the perfect candidate!)
  • At least 3 years of experience in the real estate industry (ideally in residential real estate)
  • Ability to work with digital tools
  • Experience in negotiating
