Who will you be working for?

Our partner is a European marketplace for hot beverages.

What is this job about?

In this role as Business Development Representative, your will be responsible for the German market and take a key role in the international development of the company.

On a daily basis, you will identify new sales opportunities and enhance the company's relationship with current partners. You are in charge of the entire sales cycle, from prospection to account management.

Your challenges

  • Prospect and qualify potential leads (including roasters, tea/ herbal tea & chocolate craftsmen…)
  • Contact potential clients through various channels
  • Identify your prospects' pain points to offer the right solutions
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Act as the mediator between the company and existing clients
  • Acquire customers, organize their onboarding, follow the accounts and ensure great customer success
  • Research new market opportunities
  • Attend to fairs and events in Germany to identify new business opportunities acting as the face of the company

What do you need to apply?

  • Language skills: bilingual level in German and advanced level in English

  • Ability to do cold-calling and cold-emailing
  • Great relationship-building skills
