What is this job about?

In this role as Business Development Manager your goal is to increase the coverage of the company in its target markets.

On a daily basis, you will build and manage your pipeline of customers, including doing demos of the company’s platform, analyze customer needs, pitch solutions and close deals.

Your challenges

  • Become an expert on how technology can eliminate personal data risks
  • Conduct demos of the company’s platform to potential clients
  • Identify decision makers and customers needs, and explain them how the company’s can solve them
  • Prepare customized proposals for your customers and follow up on them
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Maintain key partnerships to grow the company’s revenue
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to execute strategies for generating new clients and target accounts
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest developments regarding data protection, the company’s product and the current situation of the market you are responsible for
  • Meet and exceed your business targets
  • Share insights and experiences with other team members

Who is this job made for?

This job is perfect for someone with professional or educational background in cyber security, the legal field or data protection and experience working in Sales or Business Development.


What do you need to apply?

  • Language skills:
  1. Bilingual level in Spanish and advanced level in English, OR
  2. Bilingual level in English and advanced level in Spanish
  • At least 2.5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or related positions
  • Background in cyber security, the legal field or data protection
  • Ability to do outbound sales (DEMO’s, emailing, pitching. etc.)
  • Consultative sales approach
  • Proven successful track record of over achieving quotas
  • Passion for technologies
  • Great communication and time management skills
