Who will you be working for?

Our partner is a provider of bespoke transport services for the shipment of bulk liquid products.

What is this job about?

In this position as Account Manager in the Operations field you are in charge of the operative in Germany.

Your goal: deliver excellent customer service.

On a daily basis, you are in touch with carriers, updating the system accordingly to their updates.

Your challenges

  • Answer calls, emails and chats to help customers solve charging point issues
  • Log cases and treat tickets as needed
  • Raise tickets according to the procedure
  • Work across multiple back-office systems

What do you need to apply?

  • Language skills: proficiency in German, English & Spanish
  • First experience in a customer facing role
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Basic digital knowledge

Important: As this company is based in Spain it's a great plus if you already have your NIE and social security number. Currently, the company is working remotely. However, as soon as the situation gets better, you will need to move to Valencia.
